Check In Instructions

Check in after 2pm

Reception hours are 9am to 5pm. Late Check-In only by prior arrangement, directly with reception. No early check-in or late check-out accepted.

Car Parking Details

Off street car parking is available in the secured basement car-park (one vehicle per Suite) that offers direct access to the suites. Additional vehicles can be accommodated in the unsecured area of the basement car-park.

Travel Directions

From Sunshine Coast Airport

The resort is located less than 10 minutes drive north from the Airport, under the watchful eyes of Mount Coolum and is easily identified by the multitude of colourful Bali Flags around the property.

Airport Shuttle services operate to and from the Airport providing a door to door service.

Alternatively, Suncoast Taxis are available from the Taxi Rank outside the terminal.

A selection of reputable car hire companies have representation at the Airport should any guests wish to self-drive to the resort, or you can contact reception to pre-arrange a hire car for you.

From Brisbane Airport

The resort is 90 minutes drive from the Airport and a number of Shuttle Services operate to and from the Airport providing a door to door service.
