As Mariners is a fully secure complex, guests are asked to use the intercom located at the front gate to gain access to reception. Guests arriving after office hours are asked to make prior arrangements with reception

Children and Extra Guests Details

Extra guests must be arranged with management before check in or through online booking. Not all apartments can accommodate extra guests. The cost of addtional children and adults is approx $15- $30. Infants are at no extra cost although porta cots can be hire if required.

Car Parking Details

Mariners has secure undercover parking for each apartment. Visitor spaces are available and are strictly short term parking only. Should guest require additional car spaces there is ample on-street space available.

Travel Directions

Caloundra is just one hours drive from Brisbane's International and domestic airport. Connecting bus services to Caloundra are available and operate everyday. The Sunshine Coast airport is located just 35 mins north of Caloundra. Door to door bus shuttle services are available each day.

Mariners is conveniently positioned close to everything in Caloundra. 200 metres from Kings beach, the tavern and surf club.

DIRECTIONS travelling North or South along the Bruce Highway, follow the signs to the sunshine coast.

Take the caloundra turnoff and follow the road for approx 10kms. Continue through the town centre (Bullock Street) and veer left into Moreton Pde. Continue down Moreton pde until you find Saltair street on your left. Reception is located just 50 metres up the rise.

The bus interchange is approximately 10 mins walk back to the town centre, whislt the local bus (caloundra - Maroochydore - noosa stops at the bottom of Moreton and saltair streets (just 50 metres from our reception).

Things To Do

Caloundra offers a number of beaches including the most popular patrolled Kings Beach. Nearby are also Shelly, Dicky and Moffat Beach.

Kings beach offers something for everyone, including a beach boardwalk, parks, play areas, water play fountain, free BBQ's and a free saltwater swimming pool overlooking the beach.

A short drive away is the famous Australia Zoo, Sunshine Coast race track and many other attractions.

There are ample fishing spots & the calm waters of Golden Beach for an early morning dip.

Enjoy a game of golf at either Caloundra or the championship Pelican Waters Golf Club.

There are many tourist drives featuring the Glass House Mountains, Everglade and eco tours in the Noosa hinterland.

Mooloolaba restaurants, Kawana and Maroochydore shopping 30 minutes away or just relax in our wonderful surroundings here at Mariners Resort & Kings beach.
