Bluewater Point Resort sits majestically at the head of a gorgeous inlet of the Mooloolah River at Jessica Haven. The resort overlooks the marina and yachts of Mooloolaba & Minyama.

The resort is centrally located, just 5 minutes to Mooloolaba Beach with Buddina Beach and Kawana Surf Club and its patrolled beach, even closer.

Stockland Park, the Sunshine Coasts' premier destination for sport, leisure and entertainment is just a few minutes down the road. LaBalsa & Jessica Parks are also close by, as are a variety of restaurants, bars, and fast food outlets making the resort the perfect place for holidays, short or long.

Our Modern spacious and luxuriously appointed 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses all have memorable water views from lounge rooms and master bedrooms along with large balconies where you can sit and relax. All rooms have ducted air-con, Austar TV, full kitchen & laundry, 2 bathrooms. In addition, all penthouses have private spacious rooftop terraces with BBQ and outdoor setting.

The amenities in Bluewater Point include heated resort style swimming pools and spa together with a gym and sauna. BBQs around the pool area are available for all to use.

Travel Directions

Leave the Bruce Highway at Mooloolaba exit. This will take you onto the Sunshine Motorway. Follow motorway to Mooloolaba exit. At T-Junction follow sign towards Caloundra (Nicklin Way). Resort is 2km down on left (Just past Westpac).

Things To Do

5 minutes to Underwater World, 25 Minutes to the late Steve Urwins Australia Zoo, 20 minutes to the Sunshine Coasts Racecourse at Corbould Park, one of Australias prettiest racetracks. Picturesque Point Cartwright just a few minutes drive away.

For all your shopping needs we are a short walk to Kawana Shopping World and the Nicklin Way shopping strip, and a 10 minute drive to the Sunshine Plaza at Maroochydore.
